Terms, Privacy and Refunds

By registering for the Rotorua Boys’ High School Centenary celebrations, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Registration and Payment

Registration for Centenary events is confirmed once the registration process has been completed and any applicable payment has been received.

It is the responsibility of the person completing the registration to ensure all information provided is accurate and up to date.

Where a registration includes additional guests, the person completing the registration is responsible for ensuring those guests are aware of the relevant event information and these terms and conditions.

Event programme

Rotorua Boys’ High School reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Centenary programme, including event times, venues, activities or other arrangements where necessary.

Any significant changes affecting registered attendees will be communicated using the contact details provided during registration.

Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that circumstances can change.

Requests to cancel a Centenary registration must be made in writing to Rotorua Boys’ High School.

Refunds will be considered based on the timing of the cancellation and any costs already committed or incurred by the school in relation to the registration, event or accommodation booking.

Where costs have already been paid to third-party providers and are non-refundable, Rotorua Boys’ High School may be unable to refund that portion of the registration.

If an event is cancelled by Rotorua Boys’ High School, registered attendees will be advised as soon as reasonably possible and information regarding applicable refunds or alternative arrangements will be provided.

Rotorua Boys’ High School is not responsible for additional costs incurred by attendees, including travel or independently arranged accommodation, as a result of cancellation or changes to the programme.

Privacy

Personal information collected through the Centenary registration process will be used for purposes associated with planning, administering and communicating information about the Centenary celebrations.

This may include information required to manage registrations, payments, accommodation, catering, event attendance and communications.

Rotorua Boys’ High School will take reasonable steps to protect personal information and will only share information with third parties where necessary to provide services associated with the Centenary celebrations, or where required by law.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable New Zealand privacy requirements.
