Step 2: Confirmation by Dean of Enrolments that your form has been received and is being processed.
The information is directed to the specific teams managing your chosen options:
- Hostel Selections: Sent directly to the Director of Boarding.
- Whare Selections: Sent directly to our Whare staff.
- Day Student Enrolments: Sent to our Year Level Deans after documentation is received from current or previous school.
Please note: For all enrolments the Enrolment Dean will contact the students’ previous school to collect Pastoral, Academic and Attendance information so we can make the transition as easy and successful as possible.
Step 3: Team Review & Contact
The relevant team(s) will review your documentation and reach out to you via email or phone to outline the next steps:
- Whare applications: Our Whare staff will contact you early in Term 4 to arrange a kanohi ki te kanohi (face-to-face) hui.
- Hostel applications: The Hostel team will contact you to discuss accommodation availability and interview schedules.
Step 4: Enrolment Interview &/or Confirmation
The final stage involves an enrolment interview. Enrolment is officially confirmed once the interview process has concluded and a formal offer has been made.
