Tai Mitchell Hostel provides a supportive boarding environment for 138 students across two modern, two-storey houses-Tütauru and Hahauterangi. With state-of-the-art facilities, excellent meals, and dedicated resident Housemasters supported by assistant staff, the hostel offers young men a safe and comfortable home away from home.

Rotorua Boys' High School Tai Mitchell Hostel

Our modern hostel consists of two, two-storey houses. Tūtauru and Hahauterangi which accommodate 138 students across both houses.

Supervision is provided by resident Housemasters. These Housemasters are supported by Assistant Housemasters together with kitchen and housekeeping staff.
