RBHS students win at Chinese Speech Competition

RBHS students had great success at the Chinese Speech Competitions held recently at Western Heights High School.  For the second year in a row, Ryan Beamish won the Best Chinese Speaker overall award, as well as winning the Year 12 and 13 part of the competition.   Breyton Westrupp won the Year 10  category with Michael Stanley coming 2nd, while in the Year 9 category Tiaki Maraki   gained 2nd Place with Herewini Ngatai  and Keden Wichman coming jointly in at  3rd place.  Iliesa Baleisuva was also successful, gaining the 3rd place in the Year 11 category.  Congratulations to all of these students along with their teacher, Ms W Chen.
